WE ONLY RENT THROUGH AIRBNV The space The property is located on an exclusive residential area called Costa del Sur with private access to the beach of Palmar de Ocoa. All rooms have their air conditioning and their own bathroom for greater comfort. Inside the main house we have 3 living rooms and 2 dining areas. Guest access You have the whole house for yourself! After that age the children are count as persons in the villa. - Minimum age for renting is 21. - No pets allowed. -We include a small toothpaste and a mouthwash. Also the first toilet paper for each room. - Fridge and extra freezer included. - We can suggest someone who can cook for you during your stay.Food not included. -We have a domino table with dominoes - The entire property is disinfected after and before each stay (COVID19 Safety Measures). -We have another property in the same area as Villa los Olivos that can accommodate 4 guest.
