The space The house is located 2.5 km from Cuenca capital, specifically the area of the hospital, university, Alcampo Shopping Center, Lidl Supermarket, etc. With very simple access to the road of the mountains and very close to the access to the tourist route and the old town. Casa Rural El Sauce is located in a small hamlet of Cuenca Capital, only 2.5 kilometers away. By its configuration is indicated especially for GROUPS, COUPLES or FAMILIES. The accommodation occupies a building of new construction, in which we have 3 apartments with capacity for 2/4, 2/4 and 4/6 people and 3 double rooms. Five of the rooms have extra beds available. You can rent accommodation by units or in full. For bookings of less than 16 places you have to contact the establishment to specify the accommodation units you wish to rent (apartments, double rooms, triples, etc.), the price and availability. National autonomous bridges, Holy Week and Christmas, please, contact with the owners, reservations will be a minimum of four nights. The price of the full house for 16 people at the weekend would be 380 euros per night and 350 euros per week. The apartment for 2/4 people € 60 at the weekend and € 50 during the week. The apartment for 4/6 people 80 per night on weekends and € 70 per week. The apartment 3, for 4 people € 100 on weekends and 90 during the week. The double rooms with bathroom price per night from € 30 during the week and € 40 at the weekend. Extra beds would cost € 6 per person per night.
