Our house is located in a unique enclave. At the foot of the Sierra, in a small village near Pedraza, with routes to get lost in nature. You can visit both the Cueva de Los Enebralejos and its acebal, very nice in the winter season, as well as the abandoned village of Matandrino or enjoy its recreational park of El Bardal. You can also see the vulture reserve of the Hoces del Duratón. You can enjoy the tranquility that the area offers and a good roast lamb!!! The space The house is built with the typical architecture of the area (stone, juniper wood beams, etc.). The entrance gives access to a patio with outdoor furniture and from there you can access the ground floor. It has a living room of about 80 meters with a fireplace and TV, decorated in a rustic style, with a large table to eat and a pool table to have an entertaining time. Next door and connected with a window to the living room, a large kitchen with access to a patio with barbecue. There is also a shared bathroom on the ground floor. Accessing by the stairs, we arrive at the rooms: 3 on the first floor and two on the second floor. They are double rooms, one of which has a double bed and each has its own bathroom. Outside there is a side garden from where you access a garage with a Games area (Foosball, Ping-Pong, Diana de Darts). The house has underfloor heating throughout the house. Kitchen: Fully equipped with great utensils, appliances and everything you need to prepare from quick breakfasts to large family feasts. Climate Comfort: Forget the cold with our underfloor heating system throughout the house, which guarantees an optimal and cozy temperature in every room. Connectivity: High-speed fiber optic WiFi throughout the home, perfect if you need to combine rest with teleworking or streaming. It is a very comfortable system, but remember that it has a slow thermal inertia; the house will be heated upon your arrival so that you can enjoy it from the very first minute. Pet Policy: Although we are animal lovers, to ensure maximum hygiene and care of the house's noble materials (such as floors and juniper wood), we cannot allow pets in the accommodation.
