Country house for 10 people

Our house is located in a unique enclave. At the foot of the sierra, in a small village near Pedraza, with routes to get lost in nature. You can visit both the Cueva de Los Enebralejos, and its acebal, very beautiful in the winter season, like the abandoned village of Matandrino or enjoy in its recreational park of El Bardal. You can also see the Vulture Reserve of Hoces del Duratón. You can enjoy the tranquility that the area offers and a good roast lamb!!! The space The house is built with the typical architecture of the area (stone, juniper wooden beams,...). The entrance gives access to a patio with outdoor furniture and from there you access the ground floor. This has a dining room of about 80 meters. with fireplace and TV, decorated in rustic style, with a large table to eat and with a billiard for an entertaining time. Next door and connected to a window to the living room, a large kitchen with access to a patio with barbecue. There is also a common toilet on the ground floor. Accessing the stairs, we reach the rooms: 3 on the first floor and two on the second floor. They are double rooms, one of which has a double bed and each with its single bathroom. Outside there is a side garden from where you access a garage with Games area (Football, Ping-Pong, Diana de Dardos). The house has underfloor heating throughout the entire house.
