The Grand Union Canal can be accessed from the top of the drive and the famous Folly pub is a picturesque short walk away. The space "Lower Fields Farm" is a hidden treasure that makes an ideal retreat for anyone wishing to escape to the country. The accommodation has its own private entrance with views looking out onto farmland, sheep and horses. The location is perfect for anyone visiting the area and is an easy commute from Warwick House in Southam, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Gaydon and Stratford-Upon-Avon. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a tranquil country setting for the professional who wishes to leave the maddening crowd, yet needs to be near major travel routes including the M1/M40.
