Idyllic house by the lake at Kuopio

Come and enjoy the beautiful lake views! This house is located just by the lake Kallavesi. It is only 5km from Kuopio center. Free parking and a bus route near by. There are 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. Upstairs there are beds for 4-5. 1-2 can sleep in the living room. The old style sauna building is just by the lake. The house was built in -52 and fully renovated 2005-2018. The interior is unique. The space The house is located by the lake Kallavesi. There are beautiful views from all windows, closest ones just 5 meters from the shore. The yard is quite big with trees and a garden. The house is built in 1952. It has been renovated totally in 2004 -08. The interior is unique combinig old style with a modern twist. Colorful wall papers and painted wood surfaces are used in many spaces. The kitchen is an entirely modern with italian Gatto furnishing. The living room is an open space with the dining room with many windows facing the lake. The views are breath taking! Second floor has three separate bed rooms, a big lobby and a wc. One bedroom has a double bed, two other ones are children's rooms with 1+2 beds. Matresses can be placed in many different places, if needed. The sofa in the living room is a comfortable bed, if needed. Guest access All spaces can be used. This is our home, and we kindly ask you to treat our home nicely. Other things to note I live in this house with my children and a cat. We rent our home during holidays and weekends when we are not staying home. Things to note; We place the cat elsewhere during rental time, but if you are very allergic to a cat, this might not be the best house to stay. Please ask, if you would like the cat to stay.
