PERFECT LOCATION: Modern and recently refurbished flat, just a stones throw from Horsham town centre (2 mins walk) and Horsham station (8 min walk). Perfect for short trips, the apartment is cosy and features all amenities required for a comfortable stay. 2 double bedrooms with storage for belongings. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with extra towels and linen. Property is incredibly clean and well maintained. Plenty of street parking nearby (you will have to arrange yourself). The space THIS APARTMENT IS ALL ABOUT THE LOCATION. Walking distance to town and transport but also very close to the countryside and other wonderful things Horsham has to offer. You have full use of the apartment, it has two double bedrooms with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The home is kitted out with all the necessities to make your stay comfortable. Decorated in neutral colours and tastefully, small touches like scented candles are all there to be used if you choose to relax in the evenings. Extra towels are provided along with bed linen for longer stays. Super-fast WiFi available with digital TV and Netflix. The property is less than 5 minutes from the famous East Street in Horsham which has an array of restaurants and bars and the newly regenerated 'Pires Place' offers a new space with famous restaurants and bars opening regularly. If the countryside or walking is your thing, then at the end of the road you will find a beautiful wooded area to take a stroll. Plenty of other green space nearby with Horsham Park less than 10 minutes walk away. PLEASE NOTE: As the property is so centrally located, there is outside noise from the main road, especially during summer months with the windows open this will be more prevalent. We do provide disposable earplugs to all guests to counter this (upon request). The apartment is not suitable for people who are looking to sleep in or those who find it difficult to climb stairs due to the steep stairway outside required to access the flat. Also note: the apartment is small, so if booking for 5 people, the fifth person will be sleeping on a click/clack sofabed which is only comfortable for a smaller adult. Guest access You will have full uninterrupted access to the property. Key-lock self entry check in system with full instructions provided at least 24 hours prior to arrival. The porch area is shared with upstairs apartment. Other things to note We have a NowTV box with plenty of apps and catch up shows, so can relax comfortably.
