Small artisanal cottage with an area of 19 m2, it can accommodate up to 4 people, fully equipped to accommodate you for a short or long stay, bicycles are at your disposal (free of charge), a swimming pool (high season) or a Nordic bath. The highlights of the accommodation are of course the calm as well as the location in the middle of fields and forests for total relaxation. Come and visit us with family or friends. The space This small 19 m2 "guest house" will welcome you with all the comforts you need for your well-being. Very well furnished with its spacious terrace and superb sunset, it has all the equipment to live there during the week (gas hob, microwave, fridge, barbecue...). You can relax in the pool (from May to September) or in the wood-fired heated bath (heated by you) or simply take a bike ride that we provide. Other things to note Here are the places of interest around St Mards-en-Othe: Paisy-Cosdon Water Park (10 min), Squirrel Circuit (woodland trail) 5 min. Hiking or cycling (at the foot of the accommodation). Market on Wednesday and Saturday morning in the neighboring town (8 min). Festival in Othe mid-July (8 min). Old Troyes (30 min). The lakes of the Orient Forest (50 min) and the Nigloland amusement park (1 hr 20 min). Enjoy your stay.
