Our little villa is situated in the heart of Paradise Coast, in panoramic position on the sea; directly from the garden You may reach the little bays. Home has no steps outside and inside and this is making it unique in Costa Paradiso! The pool , built in 2021, completes the proprierty and allows to fully enjoy the sun even when the wind blows on the seaside !! The particular furniture, the large garden surrondings the house , the quiet context giving also the possibility to satisfy the needs of 'dinamic' guests, makes it a good starting point to discover North Sardinia. Nuragic sites, greedy breaks and wines itineraries enrich the offer. Moreover, being situated into a protect park ,it gives You the opportunity of enjoy unexpected naturalistic scenaries! Wi-fi available at home . Caution for eventual damages (given back once You leave) euro 500. Bed /bath and table linen are NOT PROVIDED AND IT'S FORBIDDEN TO SLEEP WITHOUT LINEN . IT'S POSSIBLE TO RENT IT . The chimney IS NOT WORKING , FIRE INTO THE CHIMNEY IS FORBIDDEN . In case of usage try , I will be forced to debit all the eventual damages .
