It was built in an old barn adjoining the owners' home, typical of the earth and stone heritage of the Cotentin marshes. Independent cottage, with parking space and private courtyard surrounded by greenery, barbecue and garden furniture. The space ATTENTION IF YOU BOOK FOR 2 PEOPLE BUT YOU NEED 2 DIFFERENT BEDS: specify it when booking, an additional €10 will be requested upon arrival for the sheets for the 2nd bed (unless you bring your own). CLEANING AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED *** CLEANING: if you do not wish to do it a flat fee of 35 euros will be requested (50 euros from 4 nights) *** TOWELS: 5 euros for two towels per person. Gorges is a small village located between the landing beaches (20 km), Cherbourg and the Hague (50 km), Mont Saint-Michel (90 km), ideal location to radiate throughout the region and at the same time close to amenities (Carentan, Périers). The closest beach (Receivables) is 15 minutes away by car. Numerous bike and hiking tours. On the ground floor: living room with sofa bed for 2 people, width 130 cm, kitchen, TV. On the mezzanine floor not closed: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet (closed by a door). The bedroom and bathroom close with a curtain if needed (no door, see photos). A crib umbrella can be provided (bring your sheets). Ability to charge your electric car on a classic outdoor outlet (slow charge) (participation will be requested). At the back of the house, the owners' garden is accessible to tenants: you will discover the "fairy pond"; a ping pong table is left at your disposal as well as sunbeds and a picnic table. Only small pets are allowed (small dogs, cats, contact us before booking)., extra €20 requested. Guest access Check-in after 4 p.m., check-out before 11 a.m. If I'm away, the cottage will be open so you can settle in whenever you want. Parking space is available in front of the cottage, follow the red signs "La Mare aux Fées".
