Harbour House Apartment is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Porlock Weir, sleeping four. Upstairs are a king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom with a small bath, electric shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail. The space The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, microwave, electric cooker, toaster, kettle, air-fryer and a good range of utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The sitting room includes a faux log burner and a Smart TV with Freeview and access to your own Netflix, YouTube and other app accounts. Wireless broadband is available throughout at no extra cost. There's a washing machine and dryer, plus a hairdryer, fan, iron and ironing board stored upstairs. The property is all-electric, with eco-friendly wall heaters and electricity and heating costs included in the price. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a small starter supply of teas, coffee, sugar and other basics, plus cleaning materials, toilet rolls, kitchen towel and bin bags. One designated parking space is provided at the rear of the building, with a large pay-and-display car park nearby for additional vehicles. Dogs are welcome, up to two per booking, at a supplement of GBP 20 per dog; guests should bring their own dog bedding, towels and wipes, and optional stair gates are available on site to restrict access to the upper floor. The property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Due to its harbour-side location, it is not suitable for children under 11, and those aged 11 and over must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The property is not wheelchair accessible and is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility, with stairs to the ground floor as the emergency exit route.
