Rural setting, 3 kms from St Georges le Gaultier, 2 acres in the Alpes Mancelles The self catering apartment: total of 5 rooms, one room contains living & dining area plus a kitchenette (no oven) . On the first floor ACCESSED BY A SPIRAL STAIRCASE are the 3 bedrooms (2 single & 1 double) sleep MAXIMUM 4 GUESTS. Shower room with shower, basin & w/c. Good sized garden at the back of the property on 2 levels: loungers, 2 dining areas, gas BBQ, comfy seating & outdoor games. Free Parking & WIFI The space The self-contained Apartment is situated in one half the main farmhouse and the owners accommodation is next to it. However, the apartment is private and not used or accessed by the owners or any other guests. The apartment is a whole house within a house, this benefits guests who have the advantage of all private rooms only for their use. The lounge / dining and kitchenette are on the ground floor and the 3 bedrooms (2 single rooms and 1 double room sleeping a maximum of 4 guests) plus shower room are on the 1st floor - access is via a spiral staircase. The Apartment kitchenette has a 4 ring/burner gas hob, a microwave, a sink, dishwasher, toaster, 2 coffee machines and a fridge. Please note - there is no oven as it is a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen. There is a large Gas BBQ in the Apartment garden which is just situated outside the back door. The Apartment garden has loungers, dining table and chairs plus a comfy seating area and it is private / only for guests of the Apartment The dining space is a breakfast / snack bar with 4 bar stools. Parking & WIFI is free. French and UK TV channels are available plus options via the smart / WIFI TV via the interent.. Le Jarrier is set in two acres with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Please note the Apartment has a spiral staircase to access the 3 bedrooms and shower room. We do not have child safety gates or a baby bed because it is not ideal for toddlers / very small children. Maximum strictly 4 people. Guest access THE APARTMENT CONSISTS OF: Private parking space/s, private entrance, private outdoor seating at rear of property. Good sized garden with several seating areas plus large gas BBQ. Private lounge / dining area / kitchenette with UK & French Smart / WIFI TV. Spiral staircase leading to the 3 bedrooms and private guest shower room. Towels and bed linen supplied free of charge. Two outdoor dining tables / chairs and two sets comfortable seating plus 4 loungers, gas BBQ & outdoor games. Other things to note The Apartment is in one side of the main farmhouse but it is a private space for our guests. Guests have their own private front door and parking. Also access directly to the private apartment garden via patio door at the back of the lounge.
