The space A beautifull villa house next to the picturesque village of Porto-Heli. Described as one of the greenest areas of the Peloponesse the house has a leafy garden (can even pick fresh fruits and veggies if you want) which fits gently to the local environment. The house has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. There are two levels. The first level consists of 2 bedrooms (a master bedroom with its own small balcony and a twin bed room), a large living room and dining room, a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. At the really spacy veranda with shadow you can enjoy the view while having your dinner or breakfast. The second level on the upper floor has a twin-bed guest room with a private bathroom. There is also a private balcony. The floors are connected via an inside staircase. From both floors you enjoy the amazing view to Spetses and Ververoda gulf as well as the beatifull gulf of Agios Panteleimonas where the most luxurious hotel in Greece ("Amanzoe") is also located! There is private parking space and bbq. The house is greatly located on the top of an easy to reach hill giving it a breathtaking view of the entire gulf. In close proximity (600 m) you may reach the crystal clear turquoise water of Ververoda beach (where is the Maistraki tavern). The popular island of Spetses with its nostalgic atmosphere and the vibrant night life is only 5 minutes by water-taxi or 10 by traditional boats which depart every 20-30 minutes all day. The village of Porto-Heli is only 5 minutes by car and has a wide selection of restaurants and cafes by the sea. Within less than one hour by car you can reach the most famous and biggest ancient theatre of Epidavros (during the summer on Fridays and Saturdays there are also tragedys played) or the first capital of Greece Nafplio (on of the most beatiful old citys in Greece) with its old glamour and ambience; as well as the ancient palace of Mycynes. From the port of Porto-Heli there are flying dolphins to Hydra (you can reach it also with taxi from the oposite port of Metohi) and sometimes boat cruises to Monemvasia. For a more luxurious flavor you can dine or have a drink at the Amanzoe resort or Niki Beach roof sushi bar. For adrenaline fueled activities there are options to take scuba diving lessons or water-skiing. The area is ideal for mountain biking, off-road tracks abound in the area, whether winding through ancient pine forests or hilltop olive groves.
