Large House in a Kent Village

A lovely English village centre location that has Central London just over 40 minutes away. Within the village are country pubs, a cafe and a village shop as well as the train station offering direct access into London in less than an hour. Other highlights include the beaches at Camber Sands, Hastings and Margate seaside resortsas well as the very picturesque Tunbridge Wells and Canterbury. The space A great base to explore either London or Kent in a lovely English village. Ideal for kids though also suited to groups it has a good size garden where you'll have access to a barbecue and the sun setting each evening as well as a pool and treehouse for the kids. The pool is a pop-up so great for kids and still heated but not built-in. Large open plan front room with wood-burning stove and large dining table as well as access to superfast broadband and netflix/Sky. Play room has lots of jigsaws/boardrooms as well as a games console. In total there are 4 showers and 3 bathrooms and the kitchen provides further dining space and has all modern amenities. Guest access Barring an external studio, the garage and a box room, the house is accessible. Other things to note We have a very friendly cat who you might see. He won't affect your stay (his food is on a timer) and spends most of his time outside. Plus the option is there to close the door between where the cat flap is and the rest of the house.
