The two-storey guesthouse is a modern extension (built 2019) to the main house (built 1852). The ground floor has two bedrooms and a bright bathroom/WC. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area features high ceilings and opens to a decked garden with hot tub/jacuzzi and BBQ — perfect for relaxing. A 3rd sleeping room is a small loft with 2 single beds, is accessed by a ladder (not suitable for young children) This is a peaceful retreat, not suited to parties or loud gathering The space The property is fully self-contained and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable short stay. Guests can use the washer/dryer in the main house if required. Folkestone, Hythe, Sandgate, the beach, the village pub, and scenic countryside walks are all just a short walk or drive away. Other things to note We are making special efforts to clean, disinfect and leave space vacant between guests and accordance with Airbnb Covid-19 good practice guidance. The eurotunnel terminal is only a 10 minute drive away from the house.
