Our very sunny apartment is composed of: - a SEA VIEW living room (1 bay window and a window) with a seating area, flat screen TV, Bluetooth audio speaker, a dining area for 6 people and a fitted and equipped open kitchen (microwave, fridge/freezer, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, electric coffee machine, toaster) and everything you need to cook comfortably. - a sea view balcony with a small table and 2 chairs - a first bedroom with a KING SIZE BED (180x200) and furnished with a dresser. We have chosen a LUXURY English BEDDING with memory foam filling, silk and cashmere and more than a thousand pocket springs for quality nights on vacation! - a second bedroom of 12 m² with 2 bunk beds or 4 real beds of 90x200 and a dresser - a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine - a self-catering toilet - a large closet with clothing rack in the entrance/hallway I can provide you with childcare equipment (umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub...), let me know when booking if needed. The car can be an accessory, shops are within walking distance (800 m). For supervised swimming, in season, we are at the foot of the rescue station. For sailors, we are 400 m from the Jullouville sailing circle. No smoking allowed. **LINENS AND CLEANING** Bed and bath linens are provided for the number of people specified at the time of booking. Any additional requests after booking will be charged extra. The cleaning fee is mandatory and charged €59 for stays of 2 days and €69 beyond. ** CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT** Check-in is from 4 p.m. However, if the accommodation is available before, it can be brought forward.
