Nice Economic family friendly apartment on horse ranch

The Bunk House is a nice two bedroom one bath apartment that sits inside very modern upscale stable. One bedroom has four twin size beds. The other bedroom has a queen bed. The only thing rustic about it is the decor. There is another full bath with washer and dryer in the stables just outside the door. Guests are welcome to use the picnic shelter on the river for family gatherings and cookouts, to hike several miles of wooded trails, and to fish in the stocked pond. Riding lessons are available for an additional fee ($55/hour for a private lesson, $40/rider/hour for semi-private lesson, pay after you ride by cash or personal check, or Venmo - no credit card.
