The bright and quiet studio apartment is located on the 4th floor of an 1800 building just 200 meters from the Colosseum. From the balcony, which overlooks the Capitol, you can admire beautiful sunsets over the rooftops of Rome. The studio apartment is centrally located in a typical Old City neighborhood, and it is within walking distance of the city's main sights, including the Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine, the Imperial Forum, the Basilica of Maxentius, and the Palatine Hill. The space The studio apartment is located on the fourth floor of a nice building, with an elevator, in the heart of the lively Monti district. In the studio-no kitchen-there is a double bed (170x200 cm) and a double sofa bed (140x190 cm), a closet, a console table, cabinets (with glasses, cups, spoons, knives, bottle openers), a mini refrigerator, an electric kettle for making tea, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, bidet, shower and hair dryer. There is a central heating system and an independent air conditioning system (cooling and heating) in the apartment. The studio apartment is equipped with 100 Mbps fiber optic Ethernet network, Wi-Fi, and satellite television. Beautiful sunsets can be admired from the balcony, with a small table and two chairs, facing the Capitol. In the same building we manage an apartment for up to 7 people. If you need to store your luggage before check-in and/or after check-out, there are two luggage deposits 100 meters from the apartment. At check-in, there will always be someone there to give you the keys and show you the apartment. At check-out, you can simply leave the keys inside the apartment and pull the door. Other things to note There is no daily cleaning service available in the apartment. There is no daily change of bath towels and bed linen available. The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests, and there is no breakfast service.
