Relax in Pilsen in the middle of greenery

Unique apartment for a relaxing stay in the middle of greenery located directly in Lobezský Park in Pilsen. Guests can (by arrangement for a fee) use the saunas and massages from a professional masseuse, there is parking on the property, fast wifi and satellite TV. The apartment includes an outdoor seating area with a grill and there are plenty of all kinds for children and adults in the immediate vicinity. The space We offer a unique comfortable apartment with a separate entrance and parking on our own property for a pleasant relaxing stay for individuals, couples and families. The large living room of 50m2 is equipped with a double bed and a large sofa bed, a large satellite TV, a radio with a CD player, a children's corner and a small gym. The kitchen has basic amenities such as a refrigerator, kettle, stove, microwave, and coffee maker, and there is also a dining table. In addition to the shower, the bathroom is also equipped with a comfortable relaxing hot tub and there is an entrance to the sauna. Directly from the living room there is an entrance to a large wooden terrace with a comfortable outdoor and covered seating area and a grill, guests have access to table tennis, a children's house for children and parking directly in front of the apartment. In the fenced adjacent garden, which is used by the owners, there is a possibility to use the fireplace and for children also a swing or trampoline. Other things to note The city of Pilsen has introduced a stay fee of 35 CZK (Czech crowns) per night for each person over 18 years of age. This fee is not included in the price and you will be asked for it upon arrival (possibly in cash or by card). A fee of 400 CZK is charged for each use of the sauna to cover increased costs (electricity, rental of towels and sheets). THE APARTMENT IS STRICTLY NON-SMOKING (the ban also applies to e-cigarettes, water pipes and other smoking products)! FOR VIOLATION OF THE SMOKING BAN, A FEE OF 100 EUROS WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REMOVAL OF ODOR FROM THE APARTMENT EQUIPMENT! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ INFORMATION FOR DOG OWNERS: Dear Guests, Your pets are welcome! However, in order to offer our home clean and cozy to other guests, please follow these DOG RULES: 1. Dogs MUST NOT: • in bed • on the sofa • in the sauna • in the private part of the garden 2. Please do not leave your dogs unattended in the apartment or in the garden. 3. Please walk the dogs OUTSIDE THE GARDEN! If the dog does not make it to the fence, please use a dog poop bag, which you then throw into the black trash can by the garage. 4. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by his dog. In case of excessive pollution, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee.
