Conchas e Corais Condominium The Village consists of 3 suites, a living room and an open kitchen. The condominium has a green area + swimming pool with a wet bar and barbecue, 300 meters from the beach. 🏖 Duplex is available as follows: Lower floor: American kitchen with basic utensils and appliances + living room with TV and fan + 1 suite (split air conditioning) + laundry area. Upper floor: 2 en-suites, one with a balcony. All rooms have split air-conditioning. The space We are a condominium with an excellent structure with a swimming pool with a wet bar and barbecue. The apartment is cozy with three en-suites, all with new split air conditioning. The living room has a TV and fan combined with the American kitchen and has all the basic appliances and utensils to serve 8 people. Very close to the condominium is one of the most beautiful beaches in the region with natural pools. We have bed linens, bath towels, pillows, a hammock on the balcony of the suite and Wi-Fi. Guest access We have a beautiful swimming pool with a wet bar that is shared with all guests. The gourmet area has two barbecue grills that are reserved with the housekeeper Val. Other things to note - Energy costs are already included in the daily rates, but during the stay the renter is obliged to turn off the lights, air conditioning and TV each time they leave the apartment. If their companions are not inside the property and leave any appliance on, the rental company will be authorized to enter the apartment and turn them off. - We have a parking space. Please do not occupy the other parking spaces of the other apartments. - Return the property in the same condition you received it, in perfect conditions of use (please do not leave garbage in the kitchen/bathrooms, food leftovers on the stove/oven and refrigerator, or dirty dishes in the sink). - Damage to the property or its furniture, equipment and utensils will be the responsibility of the guest. - Animals will not be allowed in the property, as well as in the outdoor leisure area. - Loud sound will not be allowed, only ambient sound inside the apartment. - Do not place a charcoal grill on the balcony/entrance of the apartment, we provide a portable electric grill.
