The space This private studio in the heart of Tucson’s historic Jefferson Park neighborhood is about a mile from the University of Arizona, Banner University Medical Center, and Sunlink Streetcar stop, with access to Main Gate Square, Fourth Avenue district, and Downtown. Mountain Ave. bike path is nearby, and bike rentals are conveniently located throughout the neighborhood. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy our backyard, as well as use the laundry room on the property (located through the backyard at the back of the guest house). Contact hosts for inquiries into additional amenities we may be able to provide. Early check-in, late check-out, baggage drop-off, and additional cleaning during your stay (we will respect your privacy otherwise) are negotiable with hosts—just ask! We will work with you.
