Veslehytta is a log cabin with a beautiful location by Lake Rødungen at 1,100 masl. The cabin has preserved the traditional Hallingdal cottage character, making it very cozy and inviting. The Bergsjø area where the cabin is located is well known for fishing, with many lakes to choose from. Right outside the cabin door you will also find fantastic hiking terrain with plenty of opportunities, whether you are traveling with small children or are experienced mountain hikers. The space In winter, the cross-country ski trails run right outside the door. The area has also become a popular destination for kiting. Only 3 km from the cabin you will find Skarslia Ski and Toboggan Center. In addition to alpine skiing, it offers one of Norway’s longest toboggan runs, which is great fun for both children and adults. Ål Ski Center is located 20 km from the cabin.
