Luxury Monte Verde Villa Comporta

Situated on the Alentejo coast, more specifically Herdade da Comporta, in a quiet little village called Muda. With 19 hectares of land, the house is in the middle of a pine forest with nothing else around but nature. The property offers you a beautiful view of the pine trees, has a terrace, a pool where you can have a nice cocktail, and a barbecue to prepare your meals and enjoy the sunset at the end of the day. From the terrace, you enter into an open space where you can find the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer machine, oven, 2 refrigerators, and 1 freezer. A cleaning woman is included twice a week. The villa has 4 suites giving you a total of 12 people. Each suite has 2 single beds or 1 double bed and a bench (turns into a single bed), bathroom included in all of them (2 have bathtubs and the other 2 showers). There are 2 more bathrooms, one for guests and the other in the laundry area, to serve the swimming pool. Cleaner provided 2 hours per day, 5 days a week. Do not cook, only clean. Extra hours can be arranged and paid separately. Towels and linen are changed once per week. Surrounded by Pine Trees and National Reserve, you won't hear any humans around the villa :-) A car is required to access the villa. The house includes a cleaner 2 hours per day, 5 days per week. Since 2015 Portugal has more strictly enforced a long-standing law requiring anyone providing paid holiday accommodation to record the entry, exit, and identification details of all non-Portuguese nationals who use that accommodation. This law has been brought into force in Portugal and most other EU countries at some point since the gradual implementation of the 1990 Schengen Agreement that aims to stop human trafficking and other illegal practices. In this case, it is specifically Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement and the recent Alojamento Local law in Portugal that has brought this rule into sharper focus.
