Bright lovely EcoVillage home in pedestrian neighborhood on 170+ acres of gardens, fields, swimming ponds, farms, trails--just two miles to downtown Ithaca. Three bedrooms with a queen bed in each room, 1.5 bathrooms. Well-stocked kitchen including eggs from our chickens, patio with outdoor table, Weber grill, gorgeous gardens, lawn, badminton, croquet, piano, games, toys. The space This is our actual house, we love it and hope you do too! (We rent out our house when we are traveling ourselves.) This is a sweet space for low-key celebrations but it is a family neighborhood and no raucous parties are permitted. Quiet hours are 9PM-8AM. Guest access 170+ acres of fields, farms and trails--all just 2 miles from downtown Ithaca. Swimming ponds, playgrounds, sand box. Amazing spot! Other things to note High-speed internet, large TV (AppleTV), SoundTouch stereo system. A window AC unit keeps the downstairs cool in very hot weather, but please note that there is no central AC.
