Close to all amenities, bus, highway 2 minutes away. The space The apartment is located in a green setting to allow you to recharge your batteries. It has just been completely refurbished. It is equipped with branded and quality products to make you feel at home! It is rated 4 stars for 3 people, but can accommodate up to 4 adults in a quiet and soothing luxury environment. In these exceptional times, our top priority remains your health, safety and that of your loved ones. We want to assure you of our mobilization in this regard. We have taken all necessary measures and put in place new safety measures, including cleaning and social distancing. You will be able to continue to enter the premises independently, without having any contact with us. However, we remain available to respond to your requests and ensure that you feel comfortable in our apartments. To prevent the spread of coronavirus, the surfaces of the apartments are first cleaned and then disinfected before and after each rental. We pay special attention to frequently touched surfaces such as (but not limited to) light switches, doorknobs, remotes and faucets. We also space out bookings by a minimum of 24 hours, according to official recommendations and those of Airbnb. You can enjoy your stay with peace of mind. Are you coming to rest? The bedroom includes a real double bed (190 cm x 140 cm) equipped with a hotel-quality mattress (15 cm), to ensure a restful sleep. The bed is already made upon arrival and you just have to slip under the duvet. We can add a baby cot upon request. You have a wardrobe in the entrance to store your clothes and accessories, for extra comfort. Do you want to prepare good dishes during your stay? We have everything planned! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic necessities for cooking (oil, spices, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, pots and pans, paper towels, tea towels, etc.), but also household appliances: - 262-liter refrigerator/freezer, large enough to store all the fresh products of your stay, - multifunctional microwave/convection/grill/defrost oven, etc. to simply reheat your dishes or prepare pies and roasts, etc. - 3-burner induction cooktop, for faster cooking, - range hood, for cooking without persistent odors, - dishwasher 13 place settings, to enjoy your stay without the chore of dishes, - coffee maker, toaster, kettle, for breakfasts like at home! Private outdoor parking is available (but shared with other tenants), as well as many free street spaces. It's always very easy to park. Guest access The accommodation is independent. You have full access to the entire accommodation (entrance, living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, bedroom) for the duration of your stay. A dryer is available if you have a few things to wash. You have access to the parking lot (on the side of the house), shared with the other tenants. You also have access to the private garden and forest (behind the house), but these are shared with the owner and other tenants. No surprises! - The security deposit is the one indicated on AirBnB, there is no exchange of money between us. - All sheets are included for the double bed, sofa bed and possible crib, as well as bath towels and tea towels.
