The bed has a lot of storage space under the slatted frame are 3 large integrated drawers. Can also be used as a sofa during the day. The open cabinet system between the living room and bathroom has drawers, shelves, a clothes rail with hangers and a large wall mirror and safe. The functional small fitted kitchen is well equipped with a stainless steel sink, ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery, cookware, salt & pepper, glasses, pots, pan, salad strainer, salad bowl, and much more. Dish towel and dish soap are provided. The daylight bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine is next to the separate toilet. Excursion tips on request Location: The apartment is in the center of Freudenstadt, A bus stop is right in front of the house. In the immediate vicinity is the spa house with spa park, cafes, restaurants, snack bar, health food store, bicycle shop, bank and medical center with pharmacy. 5-minute walk to the largest marketplace in Germany, about 10 minutes each to the city and central train station. Our house is located directly at the foot of the local mountain Kienberg - a local recreation area with hiking and forest trails. Guest access The city apartment can be reached via the very nice & spacious staircase completely covered with marble and is located on the 4th floor. Other things to note As a tourist aged 18 and over, a flat rate of €2.80 per person per day is payable. Business travelers working in Freudenstadt are excluded from this rule. With the Kunus card, for example, you can use some means of transport free of charge and receive discounts on many admission tickets. To issue the card on site, we need the names, dates of birth and addresses of all guests at least 3 days before arrival. The fees must be paid by bank transfer before arrival. Only after receipt of payment can we create the cards for you.
