We appreciate your understanding. - Please note that the city is currently having work done on the beach's public parking area which is located directly behind the home. - This home sits on the border of Huntington Beach and Seal Beach(the beach that is directly behind the home). - The reservation holder must be at least 25 and must be present for the entire stay. Parking Details: - Please park facing the garage on Pacific Coast Highway. There is one reserved parking space available (the middle spot). - Free street parking is available at the back of the building facing the ocean, including free overnight parking.
