Completely renovated farmhouse, in beautiful nature. The property is directly adjacent to a forest and offers the opportunity for walks or bike rides. Cranes and deer are often seen. If you are looking for parties and hustle and bustle, you are not in the right place. The most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches in the area (Sehlendorf and Hohwacht) are a 15-minute drive away. Our beautiful little "village" consists of three houses. The overall impression is very harmonious and the coexistence with the neighbors is harmonious. The space The large barn was expanded for our company in 2010 and also provided with a new roof. After the sale of the company, in 2013, we built a comfortable apartment in the largest part of the building. Basically a new building, all at ground level. This area is completely separate, with a private entrance. A car can be parked directly in front of the apartment. Bicycles can be parked in the garage, right next to the apartment. The large orchard may also be used, e.g. for barbecuing. In front of the house, overlooking the setting sun, garden furniture is available for 6 people. The apartment is designed for up to 6 people, but then the sofa bed in the living area must also be used. Living area with satellite TV, sofa bed, coffee table and 2 armchairs. Kitchen area with dining table and 6 chairs. Complete kitchen equipment with sink, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a radio. Large bathroom with separate, lockable toilet, shower cubicle, double sink, washing machine, hair dryer, towels and a beautiful sauna. Wi-Fi is of course also available. Other: Pets by arrangement.
