Charming house and farmhouse in Österlen

Welcome to a charming house with plenty of space and an associated farmhouse to share with family and friends. The house is located along a single gravel road overlooking fields and gardens. In the large house there are two large and a smaller bedroom. In the farmhouse, with a simpler standard, there is a private kitchen and bathroom and four beds in the loft. The location is great for exploring Österlen by car or bicycle. To the nearest bath, Tobisvik or Baskemölla, it is approx. 5 km. The space Many unique details in the house and decor. Have your morning coffee in the garden or on the small veranda. Enjoy potatoes from your own small crop (season!). Grill in the evening sun on the west side. Hammock, kubb, boule and board games. A few different bikes are available to borrow. Fast broadband with fiber. TV and Bluetooth speakers. The water comes from its own well with good water access, but guests are asked to be sparse. There have never been any problems despite two families staying during the summer. The downstairs bedroom is close to the water pump in the boiler room, it sometimes makes noise when you shower or use a lot of water. At night it does not sound normal, but you can think of this when distributing bedrooms.
