Delfzijl (Uitwierde), Cottage with a view

Our simple accommodation with a magnificent view is located near Delfzijl, in the beautiful village of Uitwierde! A bed, sofa, toilet, shower and a small kitchen where you can prepare a simple meal is all you need. The cottage is ideal for those who love peace and simplicity. Groningen is easily accessible by train or car (approx. 32 km), as well as historic Appingedam with its hanging kitchens (approx. 6 km), the Eems and dike within walking distance. The space The living room/kitchen is about 12 m2 and the bedroom is about 9 m2. Between the two rooms is a separate toilet and a separate shower. The location is rustic. Our accommodation is located on various LF routes such as the North Sea route/coastal route and the Dollard route. We are also very conveniently located for a wonderful day of relaxation on the island of Borkum (approx. 15 km to the Eemshaven where the ferry departs). Guest access Private entrance to our guesthouse Other things to note The accommodation is part of our campsite, which is located approximately 15 meters from the accommodation. The Wi-Fi is very basic and not suitable for streaming or video calling. The sea is close by, but it's good to know that the Wadden coast is fundamentally different from the North Sea coast. There are no natural beaches, only dikes. In some places, such as Defzijl, there is a man-made beach where you can relax. Dogs are not allowed on either the dike or the beach.
