Through the living room, a door to the left leads into a fully equipped laundry area with an 8 kilogram washing machine, a 9 kilogram dryer, clothes drying rack, an iron and ironing board. Laundry detergent and cleaning products are offered. Rubber slippers/or slides are offered. A water closet (W/C) is on the right as you walk into the laundry area. The space opens up into a large modern kitchen-diner equipped with loads of cupboard space, with a full size fridge freezer, a modern gas cooker hob, built-in double grill and oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery are all provided. Tea, coffee, sugar and cooking essentials are also offered. The kitchen is fitted with a large window and sky lights that let in loads of natural light.
