The studio is located very close to Morrisons super market, Alexandra Park and the town centre. The space Recently completely refurbished. A run of steps takes you down to a private entrance leading into the; Studio room With a fold down wall double bed. Smart TV + broadband and leather cuddle sofa + club chair. Kitchen The kitchen includes washing machine, cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, pans, plates, cutlery. Garden Sunny (sun trap) from around 12.00 -5.00 atm Bathroom The bathroom includes a bath will shower attachment, the height in this room is limited to two metres (6.5 ft) Safety Recently completely refurbished including mains fire alarm system and rewire (all passed), there are two door exits in case of fire (front and back).
