Small Space by the Sea near Whitstable
Description
My home is situated on a small holiday park just two minutes walk from the beach and a great pub. It benefits from a gorgeous setting near to a nature reserve - perfect for early morning walks with the dogs. (There’s an outside tap for muddy paws) Whitstable is ten minutes away by car, or if you fancy a beachfront walk with stunning views it will take around 30-40 minutes. Kentish seaside towns and sandy beaches are a short drive away, along with the historic towns of Canterbury and Faversham. The space This static caravan is in an ideal spot for those who want to be close to Whitstable without paying Whitstable prices; it offers space for up to six guests - pets are welcome at no extra cost. There’s a double room with wardrobe, two twin single bedded rooms with wardrobes, and a further pull out double sofa bed built into the seating in the sitting room. All bedrooms have cordless, blackout blinds and electric heaters. There is a shower room with sink and heated towel rail, adjacent to a separate toilet and small sink. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking including air fryer, gas stove/oven, microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment. Pots, frying pans and all utensils are available as well as a children’s dining set. There’s free unlimited WiFi throughout, and gas/electric heaters for chilly evenings. Guest access All of the property Other things to note There are three steps to access the property. Free parking throughout the site, with unallocated space directly outside the caravan. Pool passes can be bought from the park reception; the pool is open for the summer season - please check with Alberta reception when you book your holiday, for the exact dates of opening and pass prices. Bedding, hand towels for the lavatory and shower room, and loo rolls are provided. Please bring your own bath/beach towels. An airer is provided to dry them on. Tea, decaf tea, white sugar, ground and instant coffee are available, salt, pepper, malt vinegar are also provided. If you would like me to buy in any extras like milk or juice, let me know when you book, and they will be waiting in the fridge for you. The caravan is near to the play park - in the school holidays and weekends there will be sounds of children playing. The caravan is also near to the clubhouse, which can be noisy until the early hours at weekends (inc. Friday), bank holiday weekends, school holidays and special events - if this doesn’t appeal to you, please consider before booking. If you have children/like socialising/don’t mind music playing, then I’m in the perfect spot for a weekend break! If you’re after a quieter stay, I would recommend booking Sundays to Thursdays.
