The space This one storey villa uses huge floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the views and let light roll through creating the same summer feeling in all areas. Relax across the veranda framed by the refreshing water body of the immaculate infinity pool, let your senses indulge in a breathtaking panorama of Cretan nature dotted with the picturesque villages. Layout of the villa: Located in a great location only 2 km away from the long sandy beach of Episkopi and in a walking distance away to all king of shops, the one-storey 200 sq. m villa melds its traditional stone built house facade with a strikingly modern addition and offers the best comforts to our guests. It can accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 10 people if it is necessary. Indoor layout Entering the villa and as you go through the hall way there are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and the main bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms are with 2 single beds which can be converted to a king size bed and the other two are with a king size bed. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and the other with a Jacuzzi bath. Then there is a hall with a sofa and office desk. After the hall there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a 55” HDTV and Playstation 5. An impressive panoramic floor-to-ceiling window from the living room area leads you to the outdoor terrace, garden and pool. Next to the open plan living room area there is a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances with a dining table. The villa has an ecological under floor cooling system throughout the house which can make the whole house cool faster than any air condition. Also because of the stone made construction the house can keep the same temperature both day and night. Outdoor area The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically our outdoor facilities include: - 50 sq. m ecological infinity heated swimming pool with child pool. The pool is ecological and it can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice. - Fully equipped barbecue area - An outdoor dining table under a pergola with views to the pool and the surrounding landscape - A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas and outdoor sofas) for relaxing in the terrace and the garden around the villa - Ping-pong table - Football table - Parking space for 2 cars. The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests. ** Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
