The property, directly on the sea, is 2300 sq m and consists of two residential units with garden, swimming pool, private beach and parking. The local staff gives our guests the opportunity to experience the reality of the place, enjoying an alternative holiday to that proposed by the large mass tourist circuits. The environment is informal and hospitable, ideal for relaxing. Groups and families are welcome. The property has 6 bedrooms located on the ground floor of the main Villa, all with private bathroom and air conditioning. Three of the 6 rooms are facing the sea. "Budget" solutions are also available on the second floor of the Villa and in the Depandance. The Depandance is an independent building on several levels, located 70 meters from the sea and located on the back of the main Villa. The Depandance has an apartment with two bedrooms, a local style attic unit and a further bedroom with independent access from an external balustrade. The restaurant with sea view, located on the first floor of the Villa and a poolside bar, is available for all guests. The restaurant and common areas (garden and swimming pool) are not exclusive, they are shared with the other guests of the structure.
