Our home is close to both the beach and the Albemarle Sound at MP 6. Avalon Pier is only 2 blocks away. Walk or drive to the beach for a beautiful morning sunrise and then at night head down to the Sound to enjoy one of the best sunsets you will ever see. We have a Ring Camera Doorbell and it is pointed towards the driveway. This is for your safety as well as ours. The space This spacious 1 Bed, 1 Bath, ground floor area provides a Lounging area, an outdoor shower, 2 Smart TVs, Screened-in porch, outdoor patio with grill, private entrance with keyless entry. If you have questions, please message me. Guest access Guests have access to the entire first floor living area. Owner areas are secured. There is keyless entry with a Ring Camera Doorbell. Other things to note We request that guests be at least 25 years old. We live upstairs and are a working family. We request no loud noises after 10 pm. Parking is available for one vehicle. There is a Ring Camera Doorbell pointing towards the driveway for your safety and ours.
