Seal Bay Cottage - Large garden with Sea view.

A recently renovated 120 year old workers cottage, set off the main road with private parking and a large back garden that leads directly to the beach. On a high tide the sea can come within a metre or so from the bottom of the garden. Whilst the beach is a public space it is typically only utilized by the residents due to the limited access points along the shore. The perfect setting to enjoy life by the sea and explore the beautiful Ards Peninsula. Other things to note House layout The cottage is a traditional workers cottage, built around 1900. The ground floor has a living room, kitchen/dining area and a bathroom / shower. The first floor has two bedrooms, the rear overlooks the garden and Irish Sea. Please note* there is no upstairs bathroom. Beach Access You can access the beach directly from the bottom of the garden by walking over the pebbles onto the rocks or sand. Please note* The sand rises and falls depending on the tidal conditions so the sand may be covering the rocks but it can also drop exposing the rocks. Please be careful when crossing if only rocks.
