Beautifully landscaped gardens, heated pool, 6-person salt water hot tub (in winter or summer)! The space You'll find a propane grill on the deck (we'll start you with 2 tanks) with 4 chairs. By the pool, you'll find 6 lounge chairs, 3 umbrellas, a day bed, two seating areas for 8 people each, along with an outdoor fire pit. Heated pool in the summer. Plus a salt water system hot tub. You'll also have an Ultimate Ears Hyperboom to connect your phone/s to for outdoor music listening (please be mindful of our neighbors). (Note: pool will be open as of May 15, 2024) In addition to the amenities listed, you'll find two new paddleboards and 4 bicycles (best for families as the sizes vary). We're a short walk from East Moriches Bay where you can set the paddleboards out, or just take a stroll to skip stones and watch the sunset. The kitchen is open and awesome! We have every appliance you can imagine, including a GE Monogram double-oven, waffle maker, Nespresso machine, regular coffee maker, Instant Pot, a professional mixer with pasta maker additions, a pizza stone, and a Ninja blender. The wine fridge will comfortably accommodate 2+ cases of wine. If you must spend your time inside, we have Alexa-enabled speakers throughout the house, ultrafast Wifi, four large televisions with Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Hulu, and Peacock, two dedicated desk spaces in the living room / study, and a new washer and dryer. Plus a ton of games for kids, families, or adults.
