Huge chalet in Savoy - 15 p - sauna

In a small typical mountain village (near ski resorts and at the foot of the Vanoise National Park), cottage of character in wood, and local stone, renovated and very spacious (250 m² with 1000 m² of garden). Accommodating up to 15 people. The house is facing south with impregnable view on the valley and the mountainous massifs. Enjoy the sauna after a day of skiing or hiking, then don't forget billiards and table football. Perfect for families and friends group! The space 3 floors and a huge garden: On the ground floor: - Large vaulted living room (former stables) with bar, fireplace, pool table and lounge dining room. - DVD room with fireplace, foosball, multiple games. - Vast modere kitchen - 1 bathroom and 1 toilet - utility room: dryer, washing machine and all the equipment for your raclette, fondue ... - Garden of 1000 m² with terrace and gas barbecue. Floors: - 4 bedrooms (3 large and 1 alcove) - 1 small library - 1 large bathroom with new sauna (3 people) - 1 wc - 2 balconies Free WIFI. 4G is ok. Configuration of the bedrooms: 1st floor: Room 1: 1 double bed, 1 cot (you can change its place) In the mezzanine: 1 single bed, 1 double bed Room 2: 1 double bed, 1 single bed 2nd floor: Alcove: 1 double bed (only closed by a screen) Room 3 : 2 single beds, 1 bunk bed, 1 extra matress 3 sofa beds in the living rooms Duvets, blankets and pillows are provided. Either you bring your own sheets / duvets or you can rent (10-12 € per bed). In winter: ski in the resorts of Orelle-Val Thorens (3 Valleys) : 10 min by car; Valfréjus, La Norma or Aussois 20 min by car. In summer: the Vanoise National Park: hiking, mountain biking, cycling, climbing, via ferrata, paragliding etc ... Less than 10 min: Intermarché (supermarket) 10 min: butcher, bakers, cheese, ski / bike rental etc ... Guest access House completely for you with the garden. Please don't smoke in the house. Other things to note CLEANING IS INCLUDED but you have to tidy, thank you. Either you bring your own sheets / duvets or you can rent (10-12 € per bed). You have to bring your own towels, thanks (or 5€ per person, laundry prices). NO PARTIES, NO SCREAM AT NIGHT IN THE GARDEN, NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 9.30 PM. THANK YOU. NEIGHBOURGHOOD IS NOT ON HOLIDAYS. Usually, during french holidays, we only rent home from saturday to saturday. Please note that you must have a car, there is no ski bus. In winter, you should have snow tires or chains. If it snows, you couldn't drive on the road. You can use the sauna between 5pm and 9pm. This is not a game, please keep a close eye on your children. To go to Orelle (3 Vallées Express): go down to La Praz then follow the national road (D1006) until you see the Orelle car park (free). It takes about 10 min. Please note you are not in a ski resort but in a small typical mountain village. You can arrive from 4 pm and leave until 10 am. Indeed, we have to clean the entire home before other guests arrive.
