New floors, kitchen with honed granite countertops, stainless appliances, bathroom, modern gas-fired wood stove (no wood just warmth and ambiance), flat screen smart TV with cable, wi-fi. Luxury linens and towels provided. (note the spiral staircase and upper landing are NOT child safe for little ones). Guest access You will have access to the condo and parking. No commercial vehicles allowed. We are 6 miles from Stowe Mountain Resort, and 2 miles from the lower village of Stowe. Check-in is after 4 and before 10, although if the unit is ready early, we will accommodate an early check in. We request that guests arrive before 10 so as to not disturb our neighbors. Please do not put anything on front porch including skis, bikes, beer etc. We are very strict here and keep interaction with other owners to a minimum. VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BELOW!!! Please flush only toilet paper as we are on a fragile septic/leach field. No paper towels or feminine hygiene products as they cause expensive repairs to system. Other things to note Great restaurants at base of Cottage Club RD. Piecasso and Sunset Grill are two favorites.
