Spacious 1-story villa in a quiet little village in a real Danish atmosphere close to beautiful Limfjorden. The villa's interior is inspired by Spøttrup Castle, which is one of Denmark's oldest castles and a local landmark. Cozy mix of antique furniture, Scandinavian design and heart space. There is a private fenced garden. The space The home is spacious and well-decorated, and the various details draw attention to the charm of the Middle Ages. The home is completely complete with everything you need for a regular household. The large charming kitchen has the most used machines, oven and microwave and dishwasher and coffee machine. There are 2 terraces with garden furniture and parasol, where you can be undisturbed and the garden is divided into 3 lawns, where 2 are fully fenced for dogs, for example. There is free firewood for the wood stove in the shed at the end of the house. The car can be parked in the garage or carport or right in the house's gravel parking space. Guest access Guests can use most rooms in the house, however, a few rooms are closed off with my private belongings. Access is via key box at the house. Other things to note Everything else in the fridge, freezer, kitchen cabinets can be used freely. There are dish towels, cloths, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. Firewood for the wood-burning stove is free and is in the shed (gray door) at the end of the house. The key to the house also fits the garage. There is a smaller plastic soup basin for children or animals. In front of the house, out to the road, there are 3 gray trash cans. It's important that guests sort correctly, otherwise they won't be emptied.
