Kitchen with dishwasher. Bedroom with 1 double bed, wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 private parking space (2nd parking space in consultation.) Garden and terrace. Smoking is not allowed! Pet in consultation! The space New vacation home, suitable for 4 people. Living room overlooking the dunes, TV, WiFi. Ground floor bathroom with toilet, shower, sink. There is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, 180-200m, hanging cabinet. On the first floor is a second bedroom with a double bed, 180-200 m., and a third (open) bedroom with 1 single bed, 90-200 m. The kitchen has a 4-burner gas appliance, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave, dishwasher. There is a sunny terrace with garden tables, chairs, garden all around. Lots of privacy. The rental price includes bedding, towels. Tourist tax: €2 per person per night is not included. This has to be paid on arrival. For a small pet (in consultation), an additional fee (€35) will be charged. Deposit to be paid upon arrival: €100. This will be refunded immediately after approval on the day of departure. Cot: €5 per booking. Want to come with more people? That is possible: we also rent a luxury double room with private entrance, private bathroom with shower/toilet and private terrace/garden, on the same property. Other things to note On request, a baby bed and high chair can be placed (€5 per rental period). 1 dog is allowed in consultation. Dogs are not allowed in beds/sofa or on the 2nd floor. If this is found, the deposit will be (partially) withheld! Surcharge per reservation: €35. The dishwasher must be emptied upon departure. Upon arrival, you will find a starter kit: toilet paper, kitchen towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, bathroom/toilet cleaner. During the summer holidays (July/August), the accommodation can be rented at least per week (minimum). Check-in: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Additional costs, payable upon arrival: tourist tax €2.50 per person per night.
