A charming Skåne farmhouse from 1830. Open up in the ridge over the dining table with a walkway leading over to a bedroom. NOTE * The house & garden are still being renovated so there are some shortcomings, the floor upstairs needs to be sanded and some boards need to be replaced. The windows need to be painted and the upstairs needs to be painted again. There is still a little smoke smell in the old books in the living room. It sounds a little if one of the oven fans is running for a long time. Walking distance to an ICA store. The space Lovely old house from 1830, renovated 2005. We are ongoing doing upgrades to the house, furniture & garden. Please look trough all images and read the description to get an accurate idea of the standard and location of the house. Guest access Back and front garden. Other things to note We bought the house in October last year and there is still a fair bit to do. The condition of the house and furniture is a bit worn down but we are working on it ongoing. The oldest books in the bookshelves are from the previous owner and unfortunately they still have some smell from him smoking. I have run an ozon air to get the smell out but there is still some left. The garden also needs some love, it was a proper jungle when we got it so we have done a massive cleanup. But there are still a lot to do. Kids are welcome but note that the house is not child proofed.
