The bungalow has a private heated pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen diner and comfortable lounge and accommodates 6 guests easily. The large verandah has outdoor furniture and makes full use of the spectacular outlook. There is a BBQ area to the rear of the property, The master bedroom has beautiful, outside feature shower with hot and cold water. The space It is comfortable, very private, and with a lovely large sun terrace with outdoor loungers, and dining table. The terrace has a sun blind. There is a separate BBQ area to the rear of the property with Canarian seating. The pool is completely private and sheltered, and fully heated to minimum 28c throughout the year (installed January 2018). For the safety of small children there are gates to both terrace and pool. There is fibre optic wifi throughout the property, so good connections for work meetings etc , and a smart tv with internet connectivity. The beach is never crowded because of its size, and only a 5 minute walk. It is lifeguard protected. There is a shop, restaurant and surf school (Lanzasurf) within short walking distance. A 5 minute drive or a lovely 15 minute walk along the beach takes you to the sleepy caleta where there are 3 small supermarkets and more restaurants. It is a perfect spot for walking, surfing, cycling or just relaxing on the beach or by the pool. The property consists of a large and newly fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen/dining room with wide-ranging views overlooking the pool and beach. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with feature beautiful outside hot and cold shower. There are 2 further bedrooms, a double and a twin, and recently fitted second bathroom with monsoon shower. There is ample storage and wardrobe space in each of the bedrooms and throughout the property. The property and garden are large enough to offer the potential for people to find a quiet place on their own. The large lounge with comfortable seating for 6 people, has full width, sliding doors to terrace and unimpeded views over the entire beach and across to the caleta.
