Our home is located in an upscale neighborhood just minutes from DePauw University. Walking trails are nearby. The space We have 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds in each. If you need more sleeping space, we have a queen sized air mattress we can provide with sheets and pillows. We have a large kitchen and dining room area where you will have all the amenities as you do at home. Our living room is cozy with a gas fireplace and a 75 inch tv where you can watch all your favorite channels or watch a movie. We have a hot tub which you can access anytime. This is perfect for our guests after a long day of shopping, hiking, visiting DePauw, etc. We have a large back yard and wonderful neighbors. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. Well lit at night and safe to take early morning or late night walks. Guest access You can use all spaces on the first two floors. There is a full basement which is where we stay at times if we aren't able to get away. It has a separate entrance and we will not park in the driveway. We do not stay during graduation weekend. You can comfortably fit 4 vehicles in the driveway and you have street access in front of our home. You will access our home in the front with a key pad. Other things to note We do own 2 sweet cats, but they stay in the basement so they won't bother our guests. We keep a very clean home, however, if you are allergic to cats, you might want to stay elsewhere.
