A playground, basketball/football outdoor courts are available. Wine fans? You can find 5 wineries in the village. We are located 30 minutes from the Sea of Galilee (Kinneret), about 45 minutes from mount Hermon and a short distance from some of the favorite hikes in the Golan Heights. HaZavitan, Yehudiya, Meshushim, Banias, Ein Mokesh and more. Make sure you take enough water and food with you if you're going there. Katzrin is located within a 5 minutes driving distance, with some restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, supermarkets, playgrounds and more. Feel free to contact us 24/7 for any inquires or recommendations. Please note, the unit isn't suitable for disabled - There's 15 stairs at the entrance. Other things to note Welcome to Basso, a warm house with a separate entrance to a private top floor with two bedrooms, kitchen (fridge, microwave, toaster oven and stove), small balcony, toilet, and toilet +shower. Each bedroom has a TV connected to the ’lis’ and a new air conditioner. Wifi included. Unit is clean, stocked with milk, coffee and tea. About200 meters from the unit there is a basketball court (outdoor) and about300 meters from the unit a football field (grass), as well as a new shaded playground 150 meters away. You can also walk the perimeter fence – the fence surrounding the colony- the air is good and the view is beautiful. There are several wineries in the colony (Assaf Winery, Basalt of the Golan, Ram, and Zohar). The colony is located in the center of the Golan, 5 minutes drive from Katzrin and the commercial center, 30 minutes from the Sea of Galilee and about45 minutes from the Hermon. Fountains and streams in the area: the Zuthan, the Yehudit and the Nias. We recommend arriving independently. High chair and baby cot can be arranged. Upon arrival we will meet you and hand over the key. If this is not possible, we will leave you with an orderly arrival and acclimatization instructions. Please note- the unit is not designed for those with difficulty climbing stairs ( 15 steps).
