A fabulously located period house from which to explore historic Winchester and enjoy the cultural festivals held all year round. On your doorstep is Winchester's military museums and the Great Hall where legendary King Arthur's Round Table sits. The High Street is a 5 min stroll, with its weekend market, chic boutiques, independent stores, cafes, restaurants and galleries. Refurbished with modern interior and luxury egyptian cotton bedding. A large sunny courtyard garden at the rear. The space The house comprises a living room, kitchen/diner and ground floor bathroom. On the first floor is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and main bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped including nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. To the rear of the house is a large newly landscaped courtyard garden with table and chairs and sun lounger. Guest access Two residents parking permits are available for you to use during your stay. There is no residents parking directly outside the house, only on nearby streets. The basement and a couple of cupboards within the house are used to store personal items and are locked. Other things to note There are few steep steps up to the front door from street level and bedrooms are on the first floor. Please be respectful of our neighbours, the house is located on a quiet residential street with neighbours close by. Rear garden also consists of steps and steep terraces, some with no protective railings, so caution required. Children must be supervised at all times. We supply a few items such as toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, tea bags, coffee pods etc, to help you settle in, but you may want to bring more with you for when they run out.
