A short drive to surfing beaches, Padstow, Rock, Fowey, Eden Project, Bodmin Goal and Camel Valley Vineyard. The annexe is designed for two guests and is not suitable for children. We also provide a secure bike stand for cycle storage. Your Stay The annexe is attached to our family home but is completely private, with its own entrance and dedicated outdoor space. We want you to feel at home while enjoying your own peace and privacy. If you’re bringing bikes and require additional secure storage, just let us know—we’re happy to help where we can. We also have a couple of bodyboards that guests are welcome to borrow. If there’s anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable or relaxing, please don’t hesitate to ask. We’re always happy to answer questions about the property or recommend local walks, beaches, restaurants and attractions to help you make the most of your stay. Guest access Own entrance along a short public footpath, that runs alongside the 15th Century church - St Meubreds. Enter through a charming wooden gate to your own private garden, hop across stepping stones to your own sun deck and front door. Please note parking is 50yds from the gate opposite the Church. The public footpath which gains access to the property is alongside a private drive. Other things to note Sorry, no pets allowed. This property would suit a couple, or couple with a young child. There is a sofa bed in the large living room (additional bedding available) and is suitable for anyone up to a young teenager.
