Fully equipped 2-bedroom unit with a kitchen, BBQ patio, and outdoor firepit. House Rules: Primary renter must be 25+ years old. No smoking or parties. Check-out is at 11 AM. Guests are requested to leave the kitchen clean, with dishes washed and returned to their original place. Towels and linens can be placed in the shower or laundry area. Outdoor shoes are not recommended inside. Guests are welcome to wear clean indoor shoes. Children should avoid drawing or writing on walls, mirrors, or other surfaces. Damages will be charged. If using the fire pit, please fully extinguish the fire with water for safety. The property uses a septic tank system. Do not flush baby wipes, face wipes, or feminine hygiene products. Pet Policy: Guests with pets must clean up after them and keep the yard tidy. If excessive fur cleaning or damage occurs, repair and cleaning costs will be deducted from the damage deposit. Important Notes: The property sits directly on the water but is not a sandy beach. A stone sea wall prevents soil erosion, and there are stairs leading down to the water.
