Thoughtfully designed with a clean, fresh coastal aesthetic, the unit boasts stunning direct oceanfront views and an expansive balcony accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom—perfect for soaking in sunrise views and the soothing sound of crashing waves. Bedding Arrangements: The master suite features a king-sized bed, private bathroom with shower, and direct balcony access, creating a true oceanfront sanctuary. The guest bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and also includes its own private bathroom and shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The spacious living area is outfitted with a large, plush sofa and accent chairs, ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun, while sliding doors lead directly to the oversized balcony for seamless indoor-outdoor living. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals, complemented by a generous dining table and kitchen bar offering ample seating for gatherings. The key will give guests access to the building, the condo itself and to the back entrance of the building by the pool area. A keypad is used to access the beach and pool area when coming back from the beach. Other things to note Guests can park a second car on the main deck, which is limited to availability.
