With the pool and beach just a few steps and an elevator ride away, enjoy the warm sun and relax. The space This is a gorgeous, private beach feel condo on the coast of Daytona Beach Shores. This custom unit offers a clean, fresh beach feel and has amazing direct ocean front views from the massive living room/ master bedroom balcony. The master bedroom features a king sized bed with a balcony access for the lucky guest who stays in it. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom conveniently has its own bathroom and shower. The living room has a big comfortable couch and chairs. The living room has access to the expansive balcony that allows you relax, hearing the crashing waves and watching the sun rise. The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook a meal after a long day at the beach and/or pool. The large dining table and kitchen bar provides ample room for a meals. There also is a washer dryer right inside the unit for your convenience. Your reservation comes with a free secure private parking spot in the garage and guests can park an additional vehicle on the main deck, which is first come, first serve. Guest access Guests will obtain a key from the Sunlit Vacation Rentals office a minutes north of the condo complex on A1A. The key will give guests access to the building, the condo itself and to the back entrance of the building by the pool area. A keypad is used to access the beach and pool area when coming back from the beach. Other things to note Guests can park a second car on the main deck, which is limited to availability.
