The space 2 of the bedrooms are situated down stairs which share a single bathroom (shower), has a kitchenette and a separate entrance. Very flexible for a separate family unit within your group. The whole house is only rented out to a single group. Main house has air conditioning in the living area, air conditioning in the bedrooms, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, electric blankets on beds and a gas fireplace in the lounge (gas can be pre-arranged at an additional cost) The flat has underfloor heating in the bedrooms and bathroom, air conditioning in the living area, electric blankets on beds The main house has an inverter which powers the TV, DStv and Wi-Fi during loadshedding. Free WIFI Housekeeping service is provided at no extra cost, Mondays – Saturdays (excludes Christmas Day and New Year's Day) and consists of making up beds, washing dishes, sweeping the floor and cleaning of bathrooms. Towels are provided but not replaced daily. The establishment is not pet friendly. Guest access Lockup garage, car port and ample safe street parking. Groups of 8 and less share the 4 upstairs bedrooms. Groups of 9 and more people share all 6 bedrooms. All bedrooms can be configured with either king-size beds and/or twin-single beds. Other things to note You will be required to : Provide names and cellphone numbers for guests in order for us to issue and send access codes to gain access to the estate at the security gate.
